I try to give this book to each of the little girls that God places in our home. When they go to their forever family, they have a remembrance of us And it is a beautiful book lets them know that God loves them always..

My daughter and I really enjoy reading this book together.

For each virtue I personalize God's little girl with my little girls name and sow seeds of love.

I love this book. I bought it 10 years ago as a shower gift and from there it became my traditional shower gift. There is one for girls and one for boys. The illistrations are beautiful and the poems are precious. I give this to both christian and non-christian friends, so I love the message that it sends. It encourages raising Godly young men and women.

This is a sweet little book for girls about character traits. On each 2 page spread, it starts off with "God's little girl is...", gives a character trait, a sweet 4 line poem using an example and then a Bible verse to back it up. My children (ages 2-6) really enjoyed this book! I wish it would've gone a little deeper with examples and explaining the traits & their importance but this is a good book to start off with in character building. What impressed me the most about this book was the GORGEOUS illustrations by Judy Luenebrink! She needs to be awarded the Caldecott Medal for her work on this book! You could spend a good 10 minutes per page just looking at the details in the pictures. You could also use the pictures to discuss the character traits further since they go along with what you read.

    This is a lovely book.

The artwork is great. I gave it to my great-granddaughter and bought the second one to give to another.
