I'm glad I waited to read them when all three the books were published, so I could read the story in one breath. It was an amazing story, so touching, so beautiful. When I wasn't reading, in my mind I was wondering what would happen next to Hannah.I'm looking forward to more such beautiful stories from Cindy Woodsmall. I have a new favorite author!
Sue Regan5 Stars Out Of 5December 29, 2009Sue ReganI found these treasures at my local library, and could hardly believe this is Cindy Woodsmall's first attempt at writing. I was drawn into the story immediately, and was left meditating on the serious situations addressed and the ways people reacted to each other and to situations. Even though I am not Amish I could identify with both the "saints" and "sinners" profiled in this story.I look forward to Cindy Woodsmall's future works in much the same way I do for Karen Kingsbury's.
Jody5 Stars Out Of 5July 8, 2009JodyIt's not often that books can bring me to tears. Reading this series left me longing to be a part of Hannah's life. Books (like these) entrenched in faith and perseverance lift me up, creating in me a desire to be my best, as well as cultivate a humble and serving demeanor.
Laura5 Stars Out Of 5April 9, 2009LauraI enjoyed this series very much. Although there is a lot of Amish-themed literature out there these days, this series is still worth the reading.
Shannon Bazen5 Stars Out Of 5December 10, 2008Shannon BazenWords cannot express the amount of enjoyment that I got from this series of books. I gave the first book in the series to my Mom for Mother's Day. We could not wait until the others came out. I look forward to reading more from Cindy Woodsmall. She is a very talented writer!!!
