This is the last book in the Amish Vines and Orchards series by Cindy Woodsmall. I have loved being able to get each book from BFB for this series and hate to see it end.

In this final book of the series Rhoda and the others at the new Old Order Settlement seem to be settling in when tragedy hits, one of the members seem to be leaving the Amish community, and others seem bent on tearing the settlement apart. While each is a story in itself, they all intertwine together to make this another book that is hard to put down.

I highly recommend this book and received this book free from Water Brook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review.

Seasons of Tomorrow, the fourth book in the Amish Vines and Orchards series by Cindy Woodsmall, is another incredible addition to this story. It continues telling the progress of the many characters involved in Orchard Bend Farms.

Rhoda and Samuel have finally admitted the depth of their love. Leah and Landon become separated when Leah's father arrives for an unexpected visit. Jacob, having left to find some peace about his break-up with Rhoda, literally runs into Esther, discovering a friend that he dearly needs. Steven begins incredibly trying times when Phoebe collapses and must be put into an induced coma in order to save both her own life and that of their unborn son. When farm members must leave one by one for various reasons, Rhoda and Samuel struggle to continue their dream and end up marrying in order to allow the unmarried farm members to continue living there.

I have been eagerly awaiting this book and was not disappointed. This was the best installment of the story yet. The constant action drew me in until I did not want to put the novel down. I especially appreciated the emphasis on hard work and determination to real one's goals in life. Phoebe's part in the story in truly inspiring, showing the importance of not only prayer, but also action and assistance of other Christians in times of need.

I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Amish Fiction.

Seasons of Tomorrow, Book 4 in the Amish Vines and Orchards series, by Cindy Woodsmall is yet another in a wonderful set of tales. This book definitely does not disappoint, it will be another that you cannot put down. There are so many inter-twined stories going on, but not in a confusing way. The main stories involve Rhoda and Samuel who run the apple orchard and are finally coming to grips with the fact that they are in love even though Rhoda is actually seeing Samuel's brother Jacob; Rhoda's partner Landon (English) in love with Leah (Amish) sets up for a story in itself that takes you on a roller coaster of a ride; Jacob sets off on a path of his own that sets up a new series of characters and adventures including a person who seems to have a tendency to be run over by a horse on more than one occasion and runs an Amish home for unwed pregnant girls. Samuel and Jacob's Daed (Dad) shows up unexpectedly with the plans to remove one of the member's from the settlement due to what he believes (and has heard through the gossip grapevine) is inappropriate behavior; Phoebe (Samuel and Jacob's sister-in-law ends up in a coma while she is in her last trimester and both their lives are on the line; Camilla (English neighbor and friend of Rhoda's finally learns the location of a grandchild she never knew she had until Rhoda came to town. The book rotates through the various story lines with a smoothness and style that has you not wanting the book to end. I very much have enjoyed this series and truly look forward to its continuing - hopefully for some time. The characters are all very enjoyable, so no matter which turn it takes, the story still keeps you wanting to read more. If you enjoy Amish fiction, you are sure to love this series. I would highly recommend all four books and personally look forward to several more.

Ohhh, what a wonderful book/series. Cindy tells how if you work hard and talk things out you can have a wonderful life. Through the struggles, through the differences in faith, even through banning and near death experiences, this story tells how you can make it through without making enemies of those you love. Some of the best stories I've read have been written by Cindy and I'm always looking for more of her books to read, I just wish I read faster or there were more than 24 hours in a day to read everything on my TBR pile.

Seasons of Tomorrow is the fourth book in the Amish Vines and Orchards series by Cindy Woodsmall. Each book needs to be read in order since it's one continuous story told in a four book format. I really liked the conclusion of the story, and actually, it's my favorite of the series. I was surprised how much I enjoyed this book since I didn't like the other three books. :-D

Rhoda Byler and Samuel King are still reeling over Jacob King's move from the orchard. Trying to run everything without his help has been taking a toll on all of them, but trouble keeps visiting the Kings. First, Samuel's dad shows up all upset with the rumors he's been hearing of Leah and Landon. The visit ends with Landon quitting and walking off without anyway to contact him leaving Leah confused and angry.

Without Jacob or Landon, Rhoda isn't sure how they will be able to keep Orchard Bend Farms in working order. As they struggle to make their new venture in Maine work, another tragedy strikes. Steven's wife, Phoebe, is ill and rushed to the hospital. Will Phoebe be ok? What will happen to Landon and Leah? And when will Rhoda and Samuel be able to marry without worrying about Jacob?

Like I said, this was a satisfying conclusion to the series. It tied up all the loose ends, made you happy and content with everyone's relationships, and made you wish for just a little bit more of the happy ending. :-) The only thing I wish it had was a longer epilogue! It felt kind of rushed to me, but it could have been because I wasn't ready to let go of the characters. I think the best part of the book to me was Jacob finally growing up! It was nice to finally see who he could be with the right person in his life.

I was given this book free from Waterbrook Multnomah in exchange for an honest review.
