Find your place to belong. . .through an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. If you’re longing for a life filled with passion and purpose, the Come as You Are devotional journal will encourage you to discover a true sense of belonging in Jesus Christ, while recording your innermost thoughts and feelings. Coming away with a much-needed message of hope, you’ll also be inspired to love God more deeply and to follow Him with a heart of passion that reaches out and draws others along with you on your journey.
For more than a decade, Lisa Troyer has endeavored to reach out to women seeking a deeper relationship with God and discovering their place to belong. This desire has been the catalyst for the development of Circle of Friends Ministries (www.circleoffriends.fm) and her ministry as a worship leader, songwriter for LifeWay Worship, and program host for Moody Radio. She has recorded companion worship projects for books by Carol Kent and Virelle Kidder. Lisa and her husband Bob have been married for over twenty years and live in Ohio with their two children, Jillian and Christian.

The short devotional thoughts were very good, there was plenty of space to write. I used them as gifts. And of course the price was great since I saw them on clearance.

Tell us a little about yourself. Love to touch the hearts of women with the love and encouragement of Jesus Christ.
What was your motivation behind this project? To share, in a devotional format, the truths God has taught me about belong to Him and availing a place to belong to a circle of friends
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? More intimacy with Christ and a desire to share that with their neighbors, friends and co-workers
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? I'm constantly stretched by the number of lonely people that are seeking to belong. So many maintain that they have to 'clean up' before embracing God. He's saying 'come as you are'.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? Henry Blackaby, Carol Kent, Jan Silvious, John Hartley
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: We are attempting at Circle of Friends to increase our radio presence in small/medium markets and to mentor local women to be connected to their communities through Christian stations. Traditional and online
