If your family loves listening to audio stories, they will love this series. A very professional cast, excellent script and great character building stories from people in history. The only story we found "questionable" was the Joan of Arc story. Joan was a strong Catholic, attended a Catholic school and could not read and write. Knowing the depths of spiritism within the Catholic Church first hand, I would not recommend this story to children. It confuses the "voices" Joan heard with the true God of the Bible. Despite this one story, I would recommend these CD's to other families as they are overall a wonderful family story time.

Homeschoolers--this is an amazing way to get history into your curriculum! The favorite around here is the Dwight L Moody stories!

This is an amazing series, "Great Stories" is not one that you would want to pass up. Anyone of any age will enjoy these stories.

Very educational, so entertaining that the kids/teens won't realize they are learning and engrossing to the point of losing track of time!

Our son loves these stories,as well as the Bible story ones. He has listed to these since he was about 4 and still could listen for hours at 8. Great for in the car or just some quiet time at home. Wonderful product.
