Although the target audience is older teen girls and college (20-somethings) age, my husband and I both read the book. We've been floored by her approach and by her explanation of what Godly intimacy is. We still have young children but have been inspired to make "yada" our focus every day for our marriage. She is a great storyteller and has excellent wit. She also did extensive research for this book and gave "real world" explanations and stories based on her research. Made for a very authentic and touching read.

I bought this book for my teenage stepdaughter. She is 15 and has a boyfriend and has been open that she is thinking about having sex. I bought a copy for myself also so I would know what she is reading. She has not picked the book up yet lol but I finished it within a week and was so glad that I did. I have only been a Christian for 5 years and had plenty of sexual sin in my life prior that I had struggled with coming to terms with. I could never figure out why my past had hurt me so much and this book really opened my eyes to what God's intention for sex was and I was able to fully understand why I felt so hurt by my past.

Great book, would recommend to anyone who has had sex prior to marriage and to any teenager thinking about having sex.

Light so pure and beautiful shines as Dannah reveals the meaning of Yada, transcending the human comprehension of things, and bringing the true significance of sexual relationship back to Eden. Back to the divine purpose of it all.

Very well and carefully written and researched, with deep and considerable insights. Life changing lessons. Honestly, one of THE very best books I've read this year, You need to read it to believe it. I sense that Gresh is making an impact on this generation... it is THAT big.

This is a great book! It has so much information; both biblical and health-wise. All teenag girls need to read this, then they can make informed decisions and understand just how much God loves them.
