Marty Donnellan5 Stars Out Of 5September 21, 2009Marty DonnellanI have researched tons of materials for our tiny children's church, to found that there is so much out there, too much of it overly complicated, gimmicky and overpriced. This book offers a refreshingly direct and simple approach. I was able to hand Lesson Two of this book to an unprepared kids church volunteer moments before our small kids church began, and he was able to run with it and do a great job. I also like the fact that the book's approach is not Sunday school preachy. It has touched me and I think it will touch our kids.

pcjbarberAge: 45-54Gender: male5 Stars Out Of 5This product is great for small classesJanuary 6, 2012pcjbarberAge: 45-54Gender: maleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I have two children that I teach on Sunday morning. This book offers a lot of different options that I can choose from to teach the lesson. Some ideas would work better if I had more children but sometimes I adapt the suggested activity to work with my class size.

CBSmom21Orange, CAAge: 45-54Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5Fantastic for family Bible study!October 30, 2011CBSmom21Orange, CAAge: 45-54Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5Our small group Bible study was looking for a curriculum that would include our elementary aged children. We read the other reviews and sample pages for this and it seemed to meet our needs. We just finished our first Bible study out of the book and it totally engaged both the parents and the children. The activities were easy to implement and very meaningful. I'm hoping that the authors will write more Bible studies in this format.

Heather Brown5 Stars Out Of 5Great Resource!August 22, 2011Heather BrownQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I purchased this book after having great success with its companion book (13 Very Bad Days and How God Fixed Them). It was just as easy to use and flexible as the other one. There are a ton of easy & inexpensive activities to go along with each lesson and the stories are all presented in a very engaging manner. This series is great for groups where the age range of the kids is varied (I have kids 2-12 yrs old) and cost is a concern. The only complaint I have is that there are not more books in the series!
