I was glad to see that this series went from one book for jr/sr high level to being broken down into the different grades for h.s. and up. Now, we can use this series throughout our h.s. years. The only thing I didn't like was that in these newer versions, the answer key IS NOT in the back of the book. If you need a key, you will need to purchase it separately. (I didn't realize this when I purchased wkbks for my 9th grader and 11th grader.) Another plus in the new series is that the wkbk reviews the topics as you go, whereas in the older version, there was no teaching of the concepts. It is a great, easy to use curriculum and it works!

I have been using this program 3rd to 12th grade to home school 5 kids. I love this program and the constant review of grammar concepts. The process is quick and effective with very little complaint from my children. I can then carry the info. learned into their own writing as I ask them to proofread their own work as if it was an easy grammar assignment. I hope this will also assist them with SAT/ACT testing. We will be experiencing this for the first time soon.

Just enough grammar when we pair it with our other English studies. One page a day reviews spirally and keeps skills sharp. Short explanations of the rules are given before exercises as examples. It's a great addition to our homeschool. Buy the teacher edition to get the answer key. This particular book is student exercises only. :)

We have used these books for six (6) years and really enjoy them! The method is so easy and so much fun, too. The knowledge retained from using this style of teaching is remarkable! Will I buy them again? Oh, Yes! sure will!

We've used the EasyGrammar materials since we began our homeschooling journey 8 years ago and have always been pleased with them. This is also the case with the newer high school offerings from the company. My biggest issue has been the typographical errors in the student workbook, as well as the inaccuracies in some of the material. It doesn't seem as though the student book was proofread very thoroughly and many of the historical facts presented in sentences are completely inaccurate. My daughter is very knowledgeable in history and is always quick to point out those errors. Sometimes the typos and historical inaccuracies have been corrected in the teacher's manual, but that's not always the case. It made me wonder if they were in such a hurry to get the books out to the public that they didn't take care with how they were visually/factually presented. Overall we've loved their materials, but have been disappointed with the presentation of the high school levels.
