This is the resource I have been looking for throughout the past 7 years of homeschooling! If I had only known these guides were out there, I would have saved myself a lot of work and given my kids a much clearer view of each era of history we've studied. The author provides a tremendous reading list -- far more than you'll ever need to use. Many have been available to our local library; we've bought others used. What I love is the use of "real books" that make the history come alive in the context of a story, plus the "spine book" that fills in the relevant facts in a chronological manner. "The Story of Liberty" was a wonderful spine book for this series. Needless to say, we're staying with TruthQuest History from here on in! Next year The Age of Revolution 1.
