Bought 3 copies to have a "group" to pray with at work. Both are Catholic, so it's going to be a little tough, but one lost her mother within a week, so we haven't been able to meet to pray yet. Love the book and the stories. Just getting into the third one!

If you need any encouragement to keep praying for your child, this is a book for you to read. It is a vivid collection of powerful testimonies straight from the hearts of moms who have walked the walk. Every chapter speaks to the faithfulness and power of our God and will leave you with hope and inspiration to persist and persevere in prayer for your children, no matter what they are doing or where they are in life. No sin your child is in, no choice they have made, is bigger than the grace of God. These testimonies speak to that and more in a clear and beautiful way.

This book has renewed my zeal to pray for my adult children and grandchildren. I prayed with my prayer partner of 21 years all the years my sons were growing up, but had gotten away from it in the last year. These stories inspired me to get back with my friend and start praying for our families again. These are wonderful, faith-building accounts.

As a long time participant in a Moms In Touch prayer group, this book is a joy. As mom's we keep busy praying and raising our children and don't always get to step back and see God's glimpse of what has been accomplished in that child's life. This book provides that perspective. These are the prayers that take years to answer, the ones that it is easy to give up on, yet when we are faithful God answers and we all can thank him for His goodness. An excellent book to boost your faith in the power of prayer!
