Dee Brandt4 Stars Out Of 5April 28, 2010Dee BrandtAn unexpected, but unique "take" on Scripture. Not a scholarly interpretation but one from talented poets, musicians and pastors expressing their view of what the author of Hebrews has written. I found it thought provoking and theological correct, e.g., author suggests the Old Testament would be better named First Testament because it is the beginning of Christ's story and is relevant - not outdated or separate.

Michael1 Stars Out Of 5The Voice of HebrewsFebruary 17, 2015MichaelMeets Expectations: 1not what I expected either. I agree with Robert, not a very deep book. If you think it's about Melchizedek, like I did, it's not. It's a brief, high level overview of the entire book of Hebrews. Each chapter from the book of Hebrews is covered by an average of 4 pages. The books subtitle "The Mystery of Melchizedek" is the same name given to chap 7 in the book. All 6 1/2 pages. If you already know Salem means "peace" and Melchizedek means "righteousness", then this book isn't for you.
