Daniel7tyCharleston, SCAge: 55-65Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 530-Days to taming your tongueAugust 18, 2016Daniel7tyCharleston, SCAge: 55-65Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I ordered this book, workbook and DVD to help the group I was leading at the church but to my surprise the book has now became the big thing. I used this book to teach a prayer and bible Study group at the church. For the people in the group it has been life changing. The 30-days Tongue fast has brought changes in the lives of those who were part of this study. We have done studies together as a group but this book made the biggest impression on the people. It is scripture base so it prefect for the group. Now I am using it to teach bible study at the Church I attend. What it say about the power of the tongue and our need to tame it is phenomenal. There is a need for the Holy Spirit to help transform and empower us to use our tongues more wisely, which makes this book an amazing tool. This is the third time Im placing and order for this book. Thank you Deborah Smith Pegues.

KMBJR5 Stars Out Of 5KMBJRJune 14, 2016KMBJRQuality: 4Value: 4Meets Expectations: 5Taught this as a bible and sermon series.....wow..I didn't know that the tongue could do this many things. However, through our 30 day tongue fast we did see some changes in the lives of those who were part of this study. Love the story illustrations and the transparency of the author where she struggled in some areas.

oncelost055 Stars Out Of 5Great examples.February 22, 2011oncelost05This book dicusses situations when we may say the wrong thing to or about someone else (even ourselves), not realizing that it goes against what our Heavenly Father is trying to teach us, about the evil tongue. I love the outline at the beginning and the checklist at the end. I bought this book for my women's sunday school class. They loved it. Thanks again.
