Michelle5 Stars Out Of 5perfect for young handsJanuary 21, 2016MichelleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I have two manger scenes already, but neither of them are exactly touchable for my young children. I saw this set and its incredible price. It was perfect for my four boys under the age of six. They can manipulate the pieces however they choose, retell the story, and evn throw the pieces if they choose....completely sturdy and cute. The camel did not stand up well, however and kept knocking over.

tootsAge: 55-65Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5Bought it anywayDecember 15, 2016tootsAge: 55-65Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5Read the reviews and some talked about an inferior paint job and weird faces on the figures. Ordered it anyway because it was cheaper than the Little People Nativity. I don't see any problems with the paint job and the faces are painted similar to other preschool products. It is sturdy and will endure preschool play. I am pleased with my purchase. I use it with my Beginner Class at church. After our lesson I take the pieces out of the box one by one, making sure the stable is the first item, and let my kids, age range 3-5, take turns placing the items. My class is small and there are 19 pieces so each child has at least 2 or 3 turns. The kids loved it! It's a great way to visually reinforce our lessons on the birth of Jesus. I think the next time I will put the stable on the table and have all the pieces in a paper bag that they can't see in and let them reach in and pull out a piece to place. Might pass out just the pieces mentioned in our lesson and let them place them as we mention them in our lesson.

momculls5 Stars Out Of 5Wonderful learning toy!!January 26, 2016momcullsQuality: 4Value: 5Meets Expectations: 4I bought this for my three year old grandson who was enthralled with my ceramic adult nativity set. He absolutely loved it and especially the fact that he could touch and play and not break it! I wish it had more play pieces (maybe a few more animals) but in the end, this was wonderful gift!!

joyful4JESUS5 Stars Out Of 5wonderful Nativity set for Children over 3 years -9 years (who don't put toys in their mouth)January 20, 2016joyful4JESUSQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5l love this Nativity set! It is well made- sturdy and safe for lots of play! The characters look engaging but not too babyish. ( baby JESUS is small enough for a child to choke on so be sure to keep this in mind). Our 4 year old grandson, Hank, was here for Christmas. We placed it on the coffee table in the family room along side a Children's Bible and a Nativity story book ( I reccomend "The Story of Christmas" written by Patricia A. Pingry for 3-4 yr olds) so that he could set up
the scene while we read the story. Hank had no trouble recognizing each character. I'm a pastor's wife and I present the Children's message to our 4-10 yr olds at Church each Sunday and I've taught Christian preschool & kindergarten for many years.. I'm looking forward to using this Nativity set for many years to come!
