Wow! A little book with a straight forward great message. Works don't matter, only trusting in Jesus. I bought two of the three packs, and have been giving them out to people.

This little book is something that astonished me when I first read it. It makes such an important point, so well: that there is no way you can be righteous in yourself. I like to keep copies of it on hand to give away. I gave one to my neighbor, my librarian, and my mail carrier recently.

This is one of the easiest, most important books ever for someone to read if they have feelings that they need to be perfect to enter Heaven. Andy Stanley has broken the plan of salvation down into a very understandable read. I purchased extra copies to give away to people I encounter that may have thought that they could only be saved by their works or that they could never be good enough to be saved. So may religious leaders today seem to avoid the message this book conveys, it is not by works but clearly by accepting Christ that guarantees our salvation.

This booklet clearly captures the essence of the common argument that God will recognize people for doing their best and will balance the scales of justice with good performance outweighing sin. Stanley points out that a perfectly righteous God cannot and will not relate to sinful man that way. There is only one way as Jesus said in John 14:6. This booklet is simple and easy to understand. It is a great gift to someone who is willing to seek understanding of truth.

We have many friends who think if they finish life - & their 'good' outweighs their 'bad' they will have earned their way to heaven. This book is a great tool, well written & easy to read to show each one that God's gift of salvation is for all to know the way that Scripture says we get to heaven - it's His gift not our works. We have given out many hundreds of this book over the last few years & it has been the tool to draw people to faith in Jesus as Savior & Lord.
