In Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus, Nabeel Qureshi shares the powerful story of his journey from faith in Allah to faith in Jesus Christ. Along the way, he gives valuable insight into Islam, sharing cultural, intellectual and theological barriers that often stand in the way of Muslims accepting Jesus. However, despite his objections to Christianity, it was the friendship of Christians, the historical facts of the life of Jesus, and divine revelation through a dream and vision that convinced Nabeel of the truth of the Gospel. Nabeel's testimony will deepen your understanding of American Muslims and draw you closer to Jesus as you consider the amazing ways He works today.
Growing up, Nabeel never thought he would consider turning from his family's deeply held beliefs in Islam. It was his whole world, his identity. Yet, as he grew into a young man earnestly seeking for God to speak into his life, he was surprised by what he found. What he found was a growing question about the divinity of Jesus, which lead ultimately to his conversion to Christianity.

An Unexpected Journey from Islam to Christianity
In Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus, Nabeel Qureshi describes his dramatic journey from Islam to Christianity, complete with friendships, investigations, and supernatural dreams along the way.
Providing an intimate window into a loving Muslim home, Qureshi shares how he developed a passion for Islam before discovering, almost against his will, evidence that Jesus rose from the dead and claimed to be God. Unable to deny the arguments but not wanting to deny his family, Qureshis inner turmoil will challenge Christians and Muslims alike.
Engaging and thought-provoking, Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus tells a powerful story of the clash between Islam and Christianity in one mans heartand of the peace he eventually found in Jesus.
"I have seldom seen such genuine intellect combined with passion to match ... truly a 'must-read' book."
Nabeel Qureshi is a speaker with Ravi Zacharias International Ministries. He holds an MD from Eastern Virginia Medical School, an MA in Christian apologetics from Biola University, and an MA in religion from Duke University.
Annie5 Stars Out Of 5THIS BOOK IS EXCELLENT ********** TEN STARSJune 16, 2016AnnieQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5The prejudices I had toward Muslims prior to reading Qureshi's book have been replaced with compassion and love. I now have a deep desire to share with them the security found in receiving Jesus as ones Lord and Savior. God's love toward us is not dependent on our goodness and obedience toward Him. His love is a true gift that can never be earned. His love is not a reward for good works. If Muslims could come to understand that Jesus paid the ultimate price of dying as payment for their sins; if they could have the assurance of knowing that they can come boldly before God as their Abba Father and have full fellowship with Him, how much peace they would have knowing that He loves them unconditionally, no sacrifices required. If Muslims could believe this in their hearts and trust Jesus as their Lord and Savior, they would no longer fear punishment and death. I hope I can be a part of God's plan to share the good news with Muslims.

It was so inspiring, and I've already given/recommended it to a few friends who I'm talking to about Jesus because it answers so many questions that unbelievers have.
cbcarter5 Stars Out Of 5amazing!!!!!!!March 16, 2016cbcarterQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5If there is one book to get in reference to understanding, from a former Muslim, the beliefs of Islam, this is it. Nabeel takes you through childhood to adulthood in college as he journeys from Allah to Jesus. Through the efforts of a faithful christian college friend and the grace of God he challenges each conflicting tenet of Islam and christianity until slowly coming to a saving knowledge of Christ. He shares every doubt, each apparent victory of Islamic thinking, until he can no longer resist. As a seeker of truth, he makes a painful but saving decision. Christ is Lord. You won't want to put it down until you finish the journey with him. Balanced and honest, this book can help more than any other, I believe, in reaching Muslims for the Lord. It won't be easy, but with compassionate honesty and perseverence victory can be had. You MUST read this book.

I found the first couple chapters took some focus as it explains about different Muslim sects and his religious background but then goes into the story of his family and his personal journey. So excited about sharing this book to family and friends. Gives a personal glimpse into a loving Muslim family and what he is willing to lose for Christ. What an amazing story of one mans journey seeking the truth about Allah and finding the true Christ!
James Randall5 Stars Out Of 5EXCELLENT AND PERSONALDecember 30, 2015James RandallQuality: 5Value: 4Meets Expectations: 5This book gives the reader a personal introduction to a devout Muslim family and the values learned by the author from childhood. His journey of understanding his own faith and then the challenge of coping with the claims of the Bible. In the end it was a choice that none of us would easily choose but the way of the Cross is not easy. Choosing truth and God over family and culture can be immensely traumatic. This is the author's story and we learn that even after being fully convinced intellectually the hardest choice was to break the news to his family.
