When single sisters Caroline Marris, Gracie Gold, and Sam Carter came together for a vacation on Nantucket Island they never imagined it would change the course of their lives.

Caroline flies by the seat of her pants, Gracie is almost too grounded, and Sam is stuck being their peacemaker. They do finally agree on something — to fulfill their deceased mother's wish and buy Misty Harbor Inn on the island and turn it into a Bed & Breakfast.

The sisters discover a mystery about the inn and one of it's previous owners that they are determined to solve. As the story continues, Caroline, Gracie and Sam explore Nantucket and meet new friends. It makes the reader feel like they are also getting to know the area from way it is described.

There is nothing too deep or serious in this story. It is an enjoyable light read. The sister's love for each other always wins in the end. No two siblings are alike and that is portrayed well in this book. I guess the only unbelievable part would deal with Caroline and George. They had been friends for thirty years, best friends at that. I find it unbelievable that they would continue to stay just friends that long without marrying.

This series is very similar to The Tales from Grace Chapel Inn series. This is a clean, uplifting story that will have you rooting for the sisters to work out their differences and take ownership of the inn.

Three sister's reuniting together, after the death of their Mother, at a place with happy memories. They are at Nantucket Island, and reminiscing about their childhood visits there.

While out on one of their adventures, they stumble upon the old Inn where they went to tea with Mom. Such sweet times, recapturing memories. Can just picture them poking around the deserted, and becoming run down inn. It is For Sale, and the oldest sister Caroline Marris, all of a sudden wants to buy it??

Can you imagine that change in your life? She has traveled, and has been staying in England. Sam Carter, another sister, takes a liking to the idea, but Gracie Gold cannot see giving up her life in Maine. She loves being needed by her Son and Daughter-In-Law, and their children. She is so torn. They need her money from their inheritance to buy the inn, where as she thinks she should give hers to her son.

As I was reading this, I felt like I was one of the Sisters, and loved their adventures, a bit of bickering, and lots of laughs, and family friendship.

I could almost smell the ocean, and want them to buy the inn, and find out the answers to some of the questions and mysteries they stumble upon. Once you started reading you won't want to put it down. I am so glad that there is another book in this series.

I received this book through Litfuse Publicity Book Tours, and was not required to give a positive review.

Come along with me and escape to Nantucket Island which for years has been the go to place for summer vacations. I have never physically been in the area, but through these books I enjoyed it immensely, and because of the vivid imagery which the authors used exceptionally well, feel as if I have actually been there with the sisters. I saw the Misty Harbor Inn as it was years ago through the memories of the three sisters, and rejoiced with them as they prepared it for guests. I enjoyed the beach, peaked into the abandoned inn with them, though I probably would have identified myself more with the younger sister, and thrilled as they found the dolls and their secrets. I walked with them as they struggled in their relationship with each other, and their families and worked beside them as they faced those feelings that needed to be confronted.

This is a story about sister relationships, the expectations we have of each other, our strengths and weaknesses and how we can learn to use all this in order to work together successfully. I really enjoyed these two books, and really hope that, like Debbie Macomber's series, this will grow into more books.

Thanks to Litfuse Publications for the free copy of this book, given for the purpose of writing an honest review. A positive critique was not mandatory. The opinions stated are my own.

Sam had the idea to bring her sisters together at Nantucket, just like their family had done every summer all those decades ago. While their dad had been gone for some time, they'd lost their mother just six months ago. Sam knew the sisters needed to be together.

Caroline, Sam's oldest sister was sixty one, a travel writer living in England. She'd never married. Caroline traveled a great deal and rarely made it back to the states to see her sisters. Gracie, the middle sister, had wanted to be an architect but when she married, had put her energies into her home and family. Living in Portland, Maine, Gracie missed her husband of forty years but kept busy with her grandchildren. Sam was the youngest at fifty two. She had been an elementary school teacher and was somewhat enjoying her retirement, transferring her energies to cooking.

Caroline and Gracie had fought like cats and dogs when they were kids. Sam had always been the peacemaker. And she was doing it again. She hoped getting her sisters together for two weeks at their childhood vacation place would encourage them to come to terms with their differences and find a way to get along.

The sisters caught up, reminisced, and were having a pretty good time. One day they walked the beach and came across the old inn where their mother had taken them for tea. As they came closer, they realized something was wrong with the landmark. The colonial style building was abandoned. The windows were shuttered. The plants were overgrown. And hiding in the brush was a weather worn "For Sale" sign.

Caroline was taken with the past memories and the future possibilities of the Misty Harbor Inn. When she suggested the three sisters use the money they inherited from their mother to go together and buy the decrepit inn, sparks begin to fly.

This was a fun novel to read. Coming from a family of four sisters, I loved reading about the interaction of Caroline, Gracie and Sam. Each sister has a unique personality. Each one has hurts they need to deal with, misunderstandings they need to conquer. But sister blood is thick and it was a delight to read how the sisters worked it all out. There is just a hint of romance and mystery to liven up the action too.

I received a complimentary egalley of this book from the publisher for the purpose of this review.
