I am an educator and avid reader. This is one of the best books I have ever read. God placed this book in my hands at a time when I needed it the most. Don't expect to read things you want to hear, because you will read things you NEED to hear. This book is life-changing. I took a long look in the mirror, made some adjustments, and sought forgiveness from those who had offended me.....Yes, you read that correctly "FORGIVENESS from those who had offended me". I like the woman I see looking back at me so much more now that I have placed those burdens at the feet of Jesus. I have made a gift of this book to many of my friends. Their lives have been changed as well. God Bless!!!

This is my 4th purchase of this book, the first time with teaching DVD. I read Mr. Bevere's words every year at least once and find something new to overcome. With the amount of information thrown in front of us daily "The Bait of Satan" really helps to keep offense in perspective and remind me that I have choice to take the bait or turn to God for help. Thank you for such a wonderful, long standing teaching! I will continue to read this book every year and purchase copies for friends and family!

I have been praying for God to show me how to get out of the extreme hurt from those who should have loved me from way back to the present. I DIDN'T WANT TO FEEL LIKE A VICTIM ANYMORE! This book changed that! I want to give it to EVERYONE...especially those who have been hurt deeply!

With the current culture of so many "being offended" way too easily, everyone needs to realize this is Satan trying to tear us apart as a nation, and trying to tear us away from God

This is a must have for every Christian or anyone really. It included the DVD and the DVD series is expensive. I studied this book with a group at church. But before that someone told me about some hurt I was having on someone who did something I did not deserve. I never thought my actions were prideful but I wanted my friends to know I was hurt. This friend must of really loved me cause they told me about this book and next to salvation in Jesus --I learnt the greatest lesson in my Christian walk. How to respond to offenses. Get this book and DVD for yourself and anyone you love.
