Stormie, as always, has covered all areas that I can possibly think of to pray over our country. I wish I had this book when it first came out and diligently prayed them, as some of the things in the prayers have already happened, or are happening now. But I found it in a used book store a couple of years ago. I recently began praying the prayers, picking out a few each day, and bought books for my friends that I know are prayer warriors. This is an excellent way to pray for our country, that needs God's intervention so badly right now!

Stormie Omartian never wastes a word in any of her books. This book is much needed during this time. I love the prayers she has at the very end for each area that we need change in so desperately. She is such an awesome writer - or better yet, effectively conveys the heart of the Lord without unnecessary attempts to be funny or pad her writing. The Lord has gifted her in a mighty way and she is faithful with what He has given her to do!

This book is a wonderful, inspiring guide to praying for our nation. It is so much needed as we are living in troubled times and there are grave decisions that need to be made. We, as a nation, need the Lord's guidance. We have a small prayer group reading it together and we encourage everyone to do that as well with your small groups.
