I bought this for our family study. We have four children who are 12, 15, 17 & 20. Its not that we are having anger issues, but with a full house there are some challenges to peaceful living! Since we finished this study I have seen the children's communications toward one another become less strained! For this age group that is amazing! My husband and I (who felt we had NO anger issues.) learned just as much about ourselves. We will be recommending this study to friends and family.

We are nearing completion of this series with my men's group of 8 guys. Chip again did not disappoint in dealing with this sensitive topic in an engaging way. Brings light to the topic of anger with keen insight and helps.

I found this set to be helpful and easy to listen to and follow along with. I enjoyed Chip's story telling and found he gave advice that was usable.

Great series. Thoroughly enjoyed it with our small groups. However, please note that this is actually a 10-week study, and not 5-weeks as the description would lead you to believe
