I didn't realize this book would be so tiny! I had to laugh at the box it was shipped in, and what came out of it, but it's really delightful. I had never read the story before, and when I read it to the kids at bedtime, we were amazed at the imagery. It's a beautiful story with a wonderful ending. When I finished reading it, my 8 year old son asked if he could tuck it into his pocket to keep. It fits in the palm of his hand and he sees it as a treasure to look at and think about.

This book is an excellent reminder that we have invited God to live within our hearts and He waits for daily fellowship with us. Teaching from this book my youth group has a better understanding of what their relationship with God really entails . It is also a powerful reminder that we are never alone when we invite Him in.

This is truly a "little book" about 4" square with a BIG message. Each room in my heart should be Christ's home. The book reveals many dusty and dirty things that lurk in some rooms of our hearts.

I read the first room to my class of children that had recently been saved and are waiting to be Baptised,

several of the children were so impressed with the book that they would like a copy of it. I had felt it would be good for those who have just committed their life to Christ, and take Him on a journey of their hearts and have asked Christ to live with them, but they need to clean the house first.

This book is an outstanding gift for middle school age students. I teach middle school and we use this as part of our devotions every year. The class loves it. At the end of the year I buy one for each student as an end of the year gift to remind them that spring cleaning takes place in our heart... Christ's home. And we must always be reminded to spend time in the living room in fellowship with Him daily. It is there that He waits for us.Enjoy!
