Our ladies' study LOVED this book! We thought the seven questions per lesson were thought provoking and led to great discussion. We had different ladies make the suggested recipe each week - which were delicious. We also laughed at our mishaps in making the desserts! One, the fudge, just didn't turn out, but we enjoyed eating the effort with a spoon! The one craft of preparing the cookie dough recipe in mason jars was incorrect, it needs to be a 2 quart jar not a 1 quart jar. The ladies are looking forward to doing another study like this one!

As I prayed about what study to lead this Fall I kept coming back to this one. The title drew my attention as I know how many women really like chocolate! Because it was only an 8 week study and the lessons didn't seem too long as far as a lot of homework, (all the women in my group work outside their home) I felt they would be more comitted to stay with it to the finish. Also there were some women I wanted to invite who were not in church and I thought the title would make it seem more non-threatening. It worked ! They came ! We are a little more than half way through and they all love not only the study but the fellowship time and dessert! The night we touched on forgiveness was awesome! Those women who had not been in church for a while realized they were holding unforgiveness and came back the next week wanting to discuss it more and said they were really working on that area of their lives! Praise the Lord for how He is using this study in all of our lives! The Scriptures reminding us of who we are in Christ and all we have in Him , EVERYTHING we need, has especially blessed me! Thank you so much for this study!
