Erin McIlroyHarrisburg, PAAge: 18-24Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5So Encouraging!March 13, 2011Erin McIlroyHarrisburg, PAAge: 18-24Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5Everyday before school, I read a page out of this devotional. I didn't think it would change anything in my life, but now I think about the words C.S. Lewis writes and am able to connect them with my life. It has been so encouraging in my senior year of high school I have read almost every book of his, but this devotional gives you the best parts! This book is for any C.S.Lewis connoisseur. And if you don't already love C.S. Lewis, you should. =)

Valerie Endicott5 Stars Out Of 5April 8, 2009Valerie EndicottThis book was recommended to me by a good friend at church. C.S. Lewis can be challenging for me at times, which is not a bad thing! As I trust my friend, I purchased it and am so glad I did. Yes, there are days I have to read the same page several times but the brillance and humility of C.S. Lewis takes me somewhere that no other author can. I so enjoy his perspective and wisdom.

josiekenosha wi.Age: Over 65Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5A great collection of highlights from C.S. LewisFebruary 6, 2016josiekenosha wi.Age: Over 65Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This is a wonderful book. You may get to know, if you are not familiar with, an extraordinary Christian writer. And, if you have already read Lewis, this book will refresh and present key ideas from his many writings. Lewis thought that if something was worth reading, it should probably be read again. I agree. I hope that someone who has not read Lewis would give this a try. He wanted to express his ideas simply and clearly, and he does this in such a winsome way.
