I like this book. It is small - mass market size - and the synopsis (for 43 of the books of the bible) is 1 or (23 of the books of the bible) a little over 1 page. It is very easy to read and has good information.

As I was placing an order over the telephone, the representative at Christian Books offered this little book for about a dollar. I had no idea what to expect, but I figured --For a dollar ... okay, send me one. I just re-ordered enough copies so each of my Sunday school students (upper elementary and middle school) can have one, and my daughter could take one with her if she liked it, which she did. I have mine in the front pocket of my Bible carrier of the Bible that I use for church services and Sunday school. The little book fits nicely into the pocket and is a very quick reference that I can read to give me background on the books being quoted in church, and it helps me answer my students' questions in Sunday school. I love the "Ten Words or Less" and the "Most often Quoted" little sections. Another valuable section is "Who Wrote It" because it helps in our understanding. Each Bible book gets two small pages, but that's all my students or I need at times. I'm thinking of ordering more, one for each of the people in my two Bible Studies ...
