Hats off to Hendrickson for this most excellent job, very well done!Wide margins at the spine would make seeing the whole page easier. It is hard to read the references there, unless you bend the book backwards. However, this is the finest quality hardcover Bible, & is at a perfect price at CBD: $24.99 (i'm 1/2 Irish:allergic to full prices & taxes.)Looking forward to 2 much larger editions by HENDRICKSON PUBLISHERS,as they could do it right!9"x12"x3" with/without Apocrapha ;thick cotton linen paper, & 1/4" wooden hardcovers.2" Margins all around, so that each page will lie flat & be fully visible. Giant print & slightly fancier script will make a worthybrand-new, antique 1611 KJV !

I absolutely loved this Bible. It even has the KJV 1611 Daily Prayer/Reading which I do every Morning/Evening... it's so fun to read!

Excellent KJV Bible. Anytime you read the LIVING WORD of God. IT is Great. Sad to read the review that it would be a gag gift to your KJV only pastor, poor taste.

This historic and accessible facsimile edition of the King James commissioned 1611 translation of the Holy Bible is an amazing way to experience one of the most definitive early English editions. It comes complete with the Apocrypha and an introductory essay about the importance of the 1611 edition. I prefer the Old English, it feels more historic; and the artistic nature of the lettering and overall layout (as well as the cover art for both the Old and New Testaments) give this edition a very elegant feel.

I bought this Bible for the 400th Anniversary of KJV. It has a lot of interesting reading in it. It also contains the spelling of that era. Totally what I wanted. Thank you
