The difference between success and failure in much of what we do in life depends on teamwork. Yet when is the last time most of us have received any training on the essentials of what teamwork is?I have both read the book and just finished teaching the video course based on the book. I will also teach the course again in a few months, so I have been living and breathing this material for some time. I highly recommend for everyone.Although this book is an easy read, don't be tempted to just breeze through it and then set it aside. Each concept needs to be considered thoroughly. It is not a 1-2-3 guide to teambuilding, but it is essential reading nonetheless.
