Have a New Husband by Friday

I do not have a husband but I wanted to know what the book was about. I found it very interesting and surprising. When some co-workers who are women asked what are your reading? When I read the title to them they just laughed at me. The sad thing is these women are divorced. I thought I would have nothing in common with this book but I was wrong. Have a New Husband by Friday applies to all the men in a woman's life. This book does not tell you how to change your man, or how to manipulate them to do what you want. It really tells the reader the wife who wants to change her husband to actually change her attitude, and actions. I found it very insightful and found that it is very true. As a woman who has been in a long term relationship. I have witnessed many of marriage don'ts. Thank you Dr. Leman for explaining what a man needs. He needs to be Respect, to be Needed and to be Fulfilled. I will always remember this and all the advice you gave in the book. I can only say don't roll your eyes open the book. You will truly learn something. God Bless.

I'm not going to sit here and say that I have the perfect man or the perfect marriage, nor will I say I don't. Recently my husband and I have had some discussions regarding the "tone" of our marriage and sex life. We have only been married for 5 years, but we seemed to be at a road block. I wanted one thing and hubby wanted another. After our discussion, the next day I got online and searched and researched for Christian books to help ME. I came across this book and assumed that even though the title said "new Husband" I had a feeling it would mean ME changing. I thought about the 3 things the author says a man needs. When my husband came home that night I thanked him for doing some simple every day things that I ususally take for granted. I made him a meal that he has been asking for for weeks (that I don't really care for). I'm telling you what...my mouth about hit the floor...he started thanking me for the little things that I was doing. When we went to bed he was "romantic" for the first time in a long time. He "got it!" I'm not saying it will stay like this forever, but I am encouraged! After only a few hours I had results, just by changing my tone and appreciating him for the little things!! Thank you, you have given me hope!!

Kevin Leman has penned another wonderful non-fiction work. This book should be tucked into every womans hope chest! Have A New Husband By Friday is laugh-out-loud funny! It is also the absolute truth! It will make you think. Itll bring you to tears. It will change the way you treat your man and the way he treats you. GUARANTEED! Although the results are wonderful, having a new husband by Friday requires a bit of effort. Still, it is worth every moment spent reading this informative and entertaining book and acting on what Dr. Leman suggests.When I was given the opportunity to read this book, I asked my husband if he would be okay with me reading a book entitled Have A New Husband By Friday. After assuring him that I wasnt planning to replace him in a week after 22 years of marriage, he gave me the shrug and grunt. So I got the book and put it on the kitchen counter. Within two days, my husband had read the book, attested to the truth of it, and was leaving me notes around the house and putting the book where he knew I would see it. He kept asking if Id finished it, yet. He said I had to finish it this week so I could pass it on to our daughter who just got married. I think Ill need to get it for her on CD since she doesnt like to read.

When I saw how good of a deal this book was I thought I would give it a try. Kevin Leman makes it so easy to understand men & in doing so I have come to realize that my husband is really quite wonderful & we really do have a great marriage. Everything makes perfect sense in this book & is a great tool for any marriage. I just wish he would have a book for men on women but than of course most men wouldn't read it lol!

This book/cd has opened up my eyes to so many things! Things i wonder, "How did i not know that?!"

it is a must have! Even if your marriage isnt headed towards disaster and you are happy...you still have to hear this/read this!!! It will make you AND your husband so much happier!
