JodieMonkton, MDAge: 35-44Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5Clear, thorough math curriculum!June 4, 2013JodieMonkton, MDAge: 35-44Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 4Meets Expectations: 5I have used Horizon Math (K-5) for all of my children! It is colorful, clear, and thorough! A new teaching is introduced daily, and each day previous teachings are reviewed! Also, this program allows children to work alone if they are capable of doing so. Love this program!

Amy5 Stars Out Of 5October 21, 2008AmyMy son loves this program. It offers lots of variety: solving problems to decode a riddle, finding sums to go through a maze, etc. As new concepts are covered, the program is careful not to bore the student with too much repetition...just the right amount..A great curriculum!

Rachel Burch5 Stars Out Of 5April 26, 2008Rachel BurchMy youngest two children are currently using this curriculum. The older three also used Horizons Math and were very well-prepared for Saxon Algebra 1/2 when they reached seventh grade. The material is nearly self-explanatory to the children, and easy-to-use for me.

Marcia Lehman5 Stars Out Of 5May 23, 2008Marcia LehmanMy 7 yr old (3rd grade) and 9 yr old (5th grade) are doing this together this year. They like the fact the pages are more colorful with pictures. And I like how the pages have multiple types of problems on each page which definately helps keep their attention.

TheArrowoodZooNCAge: 25-34Gender: female4 Stars Out Of 5Great OverallJanuary 30, 2016TheArrowoodZooNCAge: 25-34Gender: femaleQuality: 4Value: 4Meets Expectations: 4This was our first year using this math, my daughter has loved it. The complaints we would have is that it moves slowly for her at this stage in math BUT coming from a mastery approach to a spiral approach the review concepts have been wonderfully appreciated. The lessons are a great length. She loves that they are very age appropriate too. I enjoy that for the first time in several years she likes her math book!
