How can you spice up learning from the normal "books" and quizzes?...we're hoping with well chosen movies to bring History alive. We are excited to "Visit" the Promised Land and lands of the Early Church as we study Ancient civilizations this school year and are thankful to Christian Book.Com for offering the Drive Thru History series at such an affordable price. My son loves watching Drive Thru History. He's 8 years old now but it grabbed his interest when he was 6 yrs old. The host has corny jokes but its not bad or unbearable. he does make you chuckle. they have done a great job presenting History in such a way that even a person who doesnt care for history, will enjoy it!

All four DVD's are great. Visit places not on the average Holy Land tour -- as well as common tour areas and learn some fascinating historical background. My husband and I enjoyed these DVD and bought another complete set for our son and daughter-in-law. Highly recommended.

I want to see MORE! Words fail me at the moment. I just can't comprehend why my friend's son, once outspoken regarding his faith has decided to declare he's an atheist when Biblical evidence is overwhelming. I hope that David Stotts will continue to add to this set as God leads archaeologists to new discoveries. The DVD set takes you on a journey through many Biblical cities and archaeological finds. David shares many scriptures that coincide with these cities. What a wonderful God we serve who preserved these relics of history! It reminds of Ephesians 1; He planned everything out.

The ENTIRE DTH series is the best investment you will ever make in your personal &/or your families education. It would take years to research & read & record all the info that is in these DVD's! And it won't be even half as interesting! I've shared with everyone I know, and most of them are buying their own collections.
