G W Marshall5 Stars Out Of 5SpellboundJuly 18, 2019G W MarshallQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5The Harbinger was addictive,cover-to-cover.Long before I became a Christian I had noticed that the Christian countries were the most prosperous and powerful ("blessed").Rabbi Cahn clearly shows the repetition of history.Does God repeat events hoping we will get it right??The Harbinger goes beyond my farthest imagination.I highly recommend it to anyone, whether they are a believer or not.God bless
Under God
One nation under God that denies Me,
Will fall apart and be devoured,
If you refuse my love that's free,
As if I am something now soured.
Your enemies have delivered my warning,
Therefore turn back to find truth,
For the wolves only bring mourning
From the sacrifice of your youth.
Greed is now what too many now preach,
For the demon has reached within,
But you can still change to teach,
So the children may turn from sin.
If you allow the wolves in their power,
To consume with endless thirst,
Then you are guilty at this hour
In helping bring about the worst.
So remove the wolves behind the crown,
For they are deeply entrenched,
And let them and their filth drown
As my laws are tightly clenched.
G W (Bill) Marshall / 11/09/2013
14 if my people, who are called by my
name, will humble themselves and pray
and seek my face and turn from their
wicked ways, then I will hear from
heaven, and I will forgive their sin and
will heal their land.2 Chronicles 7

ButchFloridaAge: 55-65Gender: male5 Stars Out Of 5A compelling case for an urgent message!May 22, 2014ButchFloridaAge: 55-65Gender: maleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I read "The Harbinger" after listening to author Jonathan Cahn at the National Day of Prayer. This fictional book makes this statement, "What you are about to read is presented in the form of a story, but what is contained within the story is real." My first reaction was that the author is "fudging" and I don't like that. He is making a prophetical statement without taking responsibility for the statement. But recalling what Old Testament prophets like Isaiah, Ezekiel, and Hosea did to get people's attention and drive the prophecy home, the fictional presentation may be consistent with God's methods in the past. My next reaction was that the book does not make a very good read, it is just not well written, and that is certainly not in character with the prophetic books of the Bible. Even the prophetic books that are rough in style and message are still well written. However given that the author is documenting facts supporting his message within a fictional narrative, it is understandable that the book is an awkward read. My final reaction is that the message of "The Harbinger" is compelling. I remember that a number of nationally recognized preachers were fiercely condemned, and silenced, when they said that 9/11 was a warning (Harbinger) that God had removed his hedge of protection around America, and was calling us to national repentance to avert further judgment. "The Harbinger" makes the case Biblically and from current events that 9/11 was indeed God's warning that He will bring America into further severer judgment if we do not repent. He also makes the case that instead of repenting we, like ancient Israel responded defiantly by rebuilding America to make our national defense stronger. The result was the further warning of our financial collapse, and that if we do not repent stricter judgments will come. This is certainly consistent with the progressively severe judgments God brought upon defiant rebellious nations in the past. His desire is not to judge us but that we return to Him and experience His grace. Because Israel did not heed God's progressively severe warnings they reached a point of no return and fell. "The Harbinger's" message is that America is heading rapidly towards that same point if we do not soon repent, and repentance begins in the Church of Jesus Christ. I have not confirmed most of the author's citations of current events, but those that I have checked, like his citations and applications of Scripture, appear to be accurate. Some might say that the "The Harbinger's" message is not new as people have been saying this for decades, and calling us to act according to II Chronicles 7:14. The difference is that if "The Harbinger" is God's prophetic word to the United States of America then God's judgment has already begun, and further severer judgment is inevitable if we, His church, do not repent today.

Annie5 Stars Out Of 5ALL BELIEVERS MUST READ .....April 21, 2015AnnieQuality: 4Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5"THE HARBINGER" IS WRITTEN "IN THE FORM OF A STORY, BUT WHAT IS CONTAINED WITHIN THE STORY IS REAL". America is a nation conceived and dedicated to the will of God. Our founders "established the new commonwealth after the pattern of ancient Israel. They dedicated it to God and saw it as in covenant with Him". Think of it: our country "chosen" to be a light to the world. God has honored our calling to be in covenant with Him. He has blessed America like no other country has been blessed. But "to whom much is given, much is required". America has turned and is turning away from God. Our beloved country is following the the moral descent of ancient Israel which was eventually allowed by God to be taken into captivity by the enemy. Israel's blessings were replaced with curses. It's happening with America. We've begun turning away from God. Our babies are being killed in the womb. Our schools have abolished prayer and Scripture in its public schools. God is progressively being driven from our nation's public life. Step by step, we are turning from God's ways and worshiping idols of sensuality, greed, success, self. In his book, "The Harbinger", Jonathan Cahn reveals to us America's decline and our need to turn from our wicked ways. He calls us to be a Voice to the World.
Within a few pages I couldn't put the book down. It's written not in the style of a history book but as a novel. It's a story that draws you to continue reading .... to find out what happens next .... to find out what IS GOING TO happen next. You'll want to share this book with everyone. You'll want to act to save our country from impending destruction. You'll feel called. -
DDS5 Stars Out Of 5The HarbingerAugust 23, 2014DDSQuality: 4Value: 4Meets Expectations: 4This book reveals information and explains the meaning of scriptures that most of us have not completely understood before now. Just as Israel rebelled against God in the Old Testament, America, founded as a Christian nation is rebelling against God. God has sent us warnings over and over but we have ignored them. This is a wake-up call for Christians who are willing to listen, to repent, and to seek God's face once again.

Arthur WilliamsFloridaAge: Over 65Gender: male5 Stars Out Of 5The HarbingerMay 17, 2015Arthur WilliamsFloridaAge: Over 65Gender: maleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5Very informative, both in American history and biblical connection. Closely corresponds to the way the Jewish people responded to God's Warning when they strayed from God. America was founded on Jewdeo christian principles, strayed when the bible was removed from schools. 9/11 was a warning to America, but we refused to heed the warning. Seven years later in 2008 a financial collapse occurred. Now seven years later another economic crisis is in the wings. Will America wake up, or will we be the subject of God's punishment.
