This book reminds us that all humans have emotions, decreasing the guilty feelings I have motivating me to buy the book. God's goal is for us to become more like Christ. This book has a nice approach referrencing scripture to lead us in the right direction. I highly recommend it.

Everyone gets angry, it what we do with that anger that is the problem. The church teaches us to stuff our anger like all other issues in life. But that is not the way that Christ taught us to live. We no longer live in the Marlboro Man days where tough men stuff their emotions. We need to let them out, to get them out. In the RIGHT way. Great Book!
