Ask a Question

|
A:

It is eight 25-minute sessions. There is a participant’s guide that a facilitator can use to lead the group.

While it is possible for only the facilitator to have and use the participant’s guide by augmenting and supplementing the study, it is highly recommended that each member of the study have a participant’s guide since there is a pre, post, and group dynamic to the study.
