My kids all did easy grammar last year and really learned so much, it was amazing. I didn't feel the need to reteach them the same material, so decided to get the daily grams for daily review. Then I decided that was not sufficient on its own. So I purchased the teacher book and the tests. We are not going to go through everything in the book, so I thought I could get away without buying 2 student books also, but it is just a real hassle to print out of the teacher book, mostly because it is not spiral bound. These workbooks are really good and at a very good price, so I told the kids we would just go ahead and get them. They said, "hey we can do the skipped pages as a review over the summer." So there you go :-) can't argue that!

This series is really easy to use, and I was NOT a good English student myself so I too have learned so much as I lead my kids through the book.

I am using this book with a 5th grader and 6th grader. Each level book is very similar, so I do recommend putting kids of different levels in the same book if they are not too far apart in grade level.

I've been super pleased using Easy Grammar curriculum. Reputation and clarity makes grammar easier. I wish I had this grammar curriculum when I was being schooled.

This curriculum is the 'old school' type learning style. It's all about diagraming to help understand the english language. It's in a cummulative format, building upon each concept as the year progresses. This is the second year that I have used this curriculum and both my children and I love it! It was challenging for my children at first because they were coming out of a public school where grammar wasn't being taught. Because of the style of teaching they are now doing exceptional!

We have used Easy Grammar for both of our children as a supplement to our Language Arts curriculum. The lessons are short enough to keep their attention and are a great review.
