This book has saved my life. I was beginning to go down the path of bitterness and resentment and rebellion because of my husband divorcing me without biblical grounds. I was beginning to be angry at everyone in church who wasn't doing enough to help save our marriage.God caused this book to be put into my hands to save me from myself.Whatever horrible suffering you are enduring, this book will open your eyes and enlighten you and encourage you and change your perspective. But it's up to you: do you choose to hold on to anger and revenge or let go and let God? Do you believe God loves you?READ THIS BOOK!

In this life their is pain, suffering and sorrows. The question is how will we choose to respond to those things, or people that "cause" us pain? Will you grow in character through your trials or will you become bitter and resentful? This anointed author walks you through the journey of understanding God's purpose behind life's sufferings, sorrows and pain. The goal...becoming more and more like Christ.

This is absolutely the best book I've ever read! The author puts many of life's puzzling and most difficult circumstances in such a clear biblical light and perspective that it makes the hard things we sometimes go through much easier to bear, because it helps to know a little of what God is trying to accomplish. No other book has helped me to grow and mature in the faith than this wonderfully encouraging book.

I found this book very inspirational. It's been almost ten years since my son died in a car accident. I have read many books about grief. This book was one of the best. I also read "Hope for the Hurting," by Tony Evans. That book is a perfect companion book to this one by Paul Billheimer. They both give spiritual knowledge and present the true, loving, caring side of our God. He filters all of our experiences to make good come out of bad. We can all have hope for eternity.
