Geisler and Turek argue that Christianity requires the least faith of all worldviews because it is the most reasonable. A valuable aid to those interested in examining the reasonableness of the Christian faith.
Norman L. Geisler (PhD, Loyola University) is professor of apologetics at Southern Evangelical Seminary and is author or coauthor of over sixty books. He has taught at the university and graduate level for nearly forty years and has spoken or debated in all fifty states and in twenty-five countries. Norman and his wife, Barbara, have six children, fifteen grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Frank Turek holds two Masters degrees and is pursuing a doctorate in apologetics at Southern Evangelical Seminary, where he serves as vice president. He has appeared on numerous television and radio programs including The OReilly Factor, Hannity and Colmes, and Politically Incorrect. His first book, Legislating Morality: Is It Wise? Is It Legal? Is It Possible? (coauthored with Norman Geisler) won the Evangelical Christian Publishers Associations Gold Medallion award as the best book in its category.
DaBigHorseSouth ArkansasAge: 45-54Gender: male5 Stars Out Of 5must read for any doubter or defender of the faithJune 30, 2016DaBigHorseSouth ArkansasAge: 45-54Gender: maleQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0this book is logically and rationally sound. it is philosophically on point. it is biblically solid in theology. there is a simplicity in the writing which makes it accessible and usable by the average layperson. i wish that it had been a textbook when i was going through college and seminary. best book i have read this year. it will go on my reread list and my highly recommended list. atheists and agnostics need to be put on notice that if they read this book with an open mind they will find God exists. for disciples of Christ who want an excellent resource to prepare them and give them ammunition to defend their faith, this book is the one to purchase first.

mike2 Stars Out Of 5it takes faith to believe this book!May 4, 2016mikeQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0I had high hopes for this book as a teaching tool but it turned out to be full of errors in both history and science. Very dissapointing to say the least. There were a few error-free chapters, but it is hardly a reliable source. It basically gives misinformation and passes it off as true. I don't think it is malicious deceit by the author but only a matter of him trying to write about stuff that is beyond his area of knowledge.

Marvelous5 Stars Out Of 5Foundation BookAugust 3, 2015MarvelousQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This book provides a broad foundation for the existence of God and the life and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The material should be thought to all Christians so we can understand our faith is truly solid. I plan to share this book with my children as they develop their understanding of Christianity. The book would also be good for a small group.
