We just watched this movie. First off ---for the amount of money they had to work with--i was actually really amazed at the special effects--they did a great job on that.

My husband did not understand or even really comprehend this movie or what it was about. I tried to explain what divination means (which you will need to explain to anyone who watches this movie) but i think his main problem was he did not quite distinguish between when the guy was dreaming "seeing things" and when he wasn't. --I tried asking him for specifics but -he just said he did not understand it. That could be in part --he does not really understand that much about angels/demons--doesnt believe that they exist--i dont know really know. He did give his heart to the Lord but it has only been a SHORT time ago.

I do agree with what they said in the movie that the spiritual realm is more REAL than this physical realm we live in and that alot of things are going on that we don't even know about. I also believe that angels and demons exist.

I normally give christian movies a 5 star but due to the fact this one did not even have the name of Jesus or God in it once --agrivated me ALOT. The guy kept saying "the blood covers it all" but never once did he say WHOSE BLOOD. WHOSE BLOOD is IMPORTANT (you know it wasnt Jimbob down the street- who shed his blood for you). By not putting in the name (not saying anything about God or Jesus)--i felt like he was trying to straddle the fence (being neither hot nor cold) so that way the movie could be a secular or/and a christian genra. Second, they did not even use a cross when they were showing the blood--it was a old dead looking tree --so they took out the fact that it was Jesus's blood that was spilled.

This movie had the potential to be an AWSOME movie in the christian catagory if they had just not left out the main thing -and that is/was JESUS.

There was a few (about 3 maybe 4 times) he_ _ words used and in one spot i could see it being used (when the angel said it to the demon-cause he was just sending him back to where he belonged). But in the other times--it did not need to be used at all--not for a christian movie. Also there was a da_ _ used --i think twice.

This movie is NOT for people who are unsaved at all--i dont know that they would really understand the significance of it. How important it is to watch what we let into our homes. I dont think it is for any child under the age of 13--due to the fact it might bring fear into them--especially if they know nothing about angels or demons.

I did like the movie but i just think they made it more about the angels and demons fighting than about why they were fighting. So I would recommend this to a christian friend -if i thought they would understand and gather something from it.

I did not care for this movie because there was no mention of God , demons were defeated without meantioning God or Jesus- no prayer required !
