New York Times bestselling author, Lee Strobel, along with Rob Suggs and Robert Elmer, have written a kids’ book titled Case For Christ for Kids. This 139-page, large-print book convinces children that Jesus is more than a good man or humanitarian. Strobel tackles the doubts and hard questions that children have regarding Christ. This book uses common sense and easy-to-follow logic to explain that Jesus is the Son of God.

According to Strobel, Jesus validates He is the Messiah through miracles, His death and resurrection. The entire premise of the book alludes to Peter’s famous statement: “Simon Peter answered, ‘You are the Christ, the Son of the living God’” (Matthew 16:16). Strobel allows children to ask questions and investigate their own faith. The book’s content appeals to the younger generation; it has humorous comics, relatable stories, and fun facts. Strobel has mastered the ability to simplify difficult concepts, which makes him the ideal author for this type of book.

Case for Christ for Kids encourages faith through action, which is the book’s greatest strength. Strobel successfully persuades children to build a genuine relationship with Christ. The book would be most effective if a child and a parent experience it together. – Tamara Peachy, www.ChristianBookPreviews.com
