According to the manufacturer, these cards will be similar in the quality of the paper, but they are designed to have artwork added to them which requires them to not have the same level of lamination as normal cards.

They are not printable in a machine that most households will have. It is possible to have them printed by a professional copy company. Most people will attach artwork to the card with an adhesive or imprint the lamination of the card with an ink pen.
