It has been a while since I last looked at this version, but I feel I should point out a shortcoming that bothered me: I did like the way i translated the text, but the fact that many verses were shifted from one part of a book to another without good reasons was jarring to me as I read it from cover to cover. I am enjoying the James Moffatt Bible very much. At times the King James is hard for me to understand. The James Moffatt has been a big help to understanding Gods word. August 7, 2009
