seekerGender: female5 Stars Out Of 5Great little book of Bible basics with overviews of all the booksAugust 25, 2014seekerGender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I bought this little book in a drugstore and am about to order several copies here to give to friends and my children. Its title is very descriptive. The book is in several sections. It includes a reading plan, verses to read when you are experiencing different situations, quotes of famous people about the Bible, and other topics. One of my favorite and most helpful sections, which is not shown in the sample pages, is the quick overviews of every book in the Bible, explaining the time frame, main ideas, etc. of each book. This section alone would be worth purchasing, but the other sections are also helpful and interesting.
I recommend this little book for everyone from those totally unfamiliar with the Bible to mature Christians.

It was well received. It is better than a card because I believe it will be read from time to time all year. I reviewed it before I bought 50 copies and was impressed with the wealth of information in a "small" package.
