I thoroughly enjoy reading A. W. Tozer and find him one of the most profound Christian authors of the modern era. To find someone comparable, one has to go back nearly one hundred years. As one studies his work, one can sense the teaching of the Holy Spirit flowing from the writings of this dear saint of God.

These excerpts of Tozer are representations of his great faith and his tremendous understanding of God's word. I can't say enough about how these inspire me.

This book is full of wisdom. It will help you to walk closer to God.

Thanks for Warren Wiersbe who compiled this excellent selection of deep thought provoking topics. He brings us from the mundane to a higher devotion to God in ways not thought of or grasped before. Even though written over 40 years ago he was somewhat of a prophet about the Christianity we are living or not living today.
