MN BelieverMNAge: 55-65Gender: male5 Stars Out Of 5A must read for those planning to be involved in,June 19, 2013MN BelieverMNAge: 55-65Gender: maleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I am so glad I purchased this book. I have been thinking about more involvement in Christian Ministry and this book opened my eyes.
Warren expounds in 30 or so chapters his definition of ministry --- "Ministry takes place when divine resources meet human needs through loving channels to the glory of God" --- so well.
And in between you will get golden nuggets of wisdom that anyone can even use in their everyday Christian life. Exceptionally good book; written in simple language. But don't let that fool you on the depth of the wisdom poured out in this book. -
Leo Mazuera5 Stars Out Of 5September 10, 2008Leo MazueraJust finished reading this edition. What a fantastic tool, Mr. Wiersbe covered so many areas that each servant deals, battles and thrives with. This is a must-read for any man or woman engaged in the Lord's work, no matter what it is.

Sani D.5 Stars Out Of 5September 6, 2008Sani D.This book is highly recommended for all those who are servants (average christians) and Servants (pastors, teachers etc.). Its chapters can be read one each day giving enough subjects to meditate on. You will find here things which can not be found in a formal curriculum in seminary. I have been studying at a theological seminary, yet the things that Warren Wiersbe shares here are so practical and so eye-opening for a new minister as i am. Dr. Wiersbe writes deep things in simple and memorable phrases and he uses small chapters for this! Highly recommended!I am deeply satisfied with it!
