This review was written for Arkansas Weddings.
I started writing review for this collection a dozen times and I just can't express all the depth of it without telling the whole story. They sell each book separately and you can read each as a standalone novel but that way you will never know the whole story. All three books are saying the same story that changed the lives of the whole town. From one jealous girl who vowed to break another's engagement equaled a broken heart and an accident that cost a life and started a whole chain of events that changed hearts of many. Besides being deep romance novels these books share some tight siblings' relationships-I always valued that; and teach you that when God forgives He also forgets and he teaches us the same. Adrea's all-giving love for Grayson and his son was a slap in a face..I'm too selfish compared to her. Laken's undevided devotion to her nephew got even her boyfriend confused and jealous. And Shell's humbleness turns even the heart of her worse enemy — the town's gossiper. I was deeply touched by each story. You know when you read a book and there is this very bad character that no one even wants to mention his/her name, do you ever wonder what made them bad? I always do and I appreciate authors who take the time and effort to justify that person's actions. I really liked that Shell had her own story and that Sylvie was deeply involved in ach book. The Author is right people that hurt us are the ones that hurt the most inside. I learned that lesson not so long ago and realized how many times I pitied myself for receiving a few hurtful words from someone who secretly had much deeper wounds that needed healing and comfort. I recommend you all read this collection, while it has some humor and silliness that makes you slap some guy's handsome faces, they are challenging stories that will make you rethink your faith and you values in life.

PS: here I am in another extreme- not telling you at all anything of the story. I hope you truly like them like I did.

Disclaimer: I got a copy of this book from Barbour Publishing, through Net Galley, in exchange for my honest opinion.
