First off, buy it. Flat out best of the best compilation. Minor quibble is they arrange three episodes per CD along a common theme ... for the more dramatic episodes, I cannot listen to them back to back. Need a breather or light comedic episode in-between. That said, this is voice acting at its very best and the stories are riveting to this 60-year old big kid. Yeah, I can second guess (sometimes) the plot, but I thoroughly enjoy going along for the ride even if I presume the probable ending.

It's a great set, even I get drawn into the stories as we're traveling in the car. I appreciate the imagination & creativity that comes from just listening. I like the messages & values taught in the stories. Real life challenges that my 11 year old son can relate too.

My family loves Adventures in Odessy. My kids don't get home from school in time to listen to the radio show so now we listen any time we want to. They are great for in the car or at home. The stories make us think about the decisions we make in our lives and how we would react if we were in a situation from the story.

I had purchased a collection for my grandson a few years ago. HE HAS ABOUT WORN THEM OUT! For his birthday this year (10th) he requested the platinum series and is thrilled with it!!!

Our 9 yr old daughter loves this collection! Great value!
