I was so excited to see a movie with Amy Grant. I thought sure it would be faith based and no foul language. While the movie plot is great and Amy's performance was ok, I didn't feel it was as "real" as she could have made it feel and I don't recall anything really faith based. That would have been ok except for the language of the music writer who joined her in the classroom. I was truly disappointed and personally I wouldn't show it to kids or watch it frequently as I do many movies from CBD.
We saw this movie on tv a few years ago and taped on vhs. Our machine broke and I was happy to find this for my wife. Amy Grant is very convincing playing someone blind. Not only can she sing, but she can act. A fine movie.
